PolySULFOETHYL A™ SCX is a strong cation exhanger with excellent capacity for post ICAT* fractionation for Proteomics. The 200Å pore column can even retain the +1 (C-terminal, blocked N-terminal, and phosphopeptides) as the first three peaks before the +2 and greater peptides. The 4.6mmID x 50mm column has a capacity of ca. 1mg of digest and requires fewer cleaning cycles (for residual trypsin) than the 2.1mmID column.
