VYDAC MR silica, reverse-phase columns show superior results for compounds, such as multi-ring pharmaceutical intermediates, that have a restriction of rotation in solution from using a small pore packing. In fact, Vydac MR columns are specified for several US Pharmacopoeia (USP) methods, including the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, Naproxen.
